The FLEX BASE 5Z base is suitable for the BABY-SAFE 5Z, BABY-SAFE 3 i-SIZE, and DUALFIX 3 i-SIZE car seats. It safely accompanies your child on journeys from birth up to 4 years of age. The seats can be easily removed from and installed onto the base with a single click. The easily accessible release button allows you to lift the infant carrier by the handle effortlessly. The adjustable rebound bar also provides additional legroom when the seat is positioned rearward-facing.

Rotating Base
All compatible car seats for the FLEX BASE 5Z can be rotated toward the open car door, making it easy to place your child in the seat and fasten the harness. Although it is recommended that children remain rearward-facing as long as possible, you can rotate the DUALFIX 3 i-Size base 180 degrees for forward-facing travel once your child exceeds 15 months and 76 cm.
